För ett tag informerade jag eller min kollega dig om att allt inte verkade stå rätt till med din cache och bad dig
då ta reda på hur det stod till, samt åtgärda eventuella problem. Då det inte syns några
tecken på att du gjort det, kommer jag nu att arkivera din cache.

[Swe] På 1200-talet fanns här Sankta Katarina kloster. Klosterkyrkan som var påkostad, välbyggd och vacker var stadsbefolkningens stolthet. Reformationsrörelsen på 1500-talet förbjöd tiggeri och därför skänkte Kung Frederik av Danmark både kyrka och kloster till staden den 11 mars 1532. I klostret inrättades ett hospital. År 1616 revs klostret och större delen av teglet forslades till Lindholmens slott där det användes vid uppförandet av en ny tegelugn. Även Trelleborgs stads kyrka och Hammarlövs kyrka reparerades med tegel härifrån. År 1931 påträffades rester av klosterkyrkans grundmurar vid utgrävningar. Dessa restaurerades och ställdes i ordning till den lilla ruinpark som finns kvar än i dag. [ENG] In the 13th century was this Saint Catherine monastery. The Abbey Church which was lavish, well built and beautiful was the freemens pride. Restoration movement in the 16th century, banned begging and therefore gave the King Frederik of Denmark both church and monastery to the town on 11 March 1532. The monastery was set up in a hospital. In 1616 the monastery was demolished and most of this was taken at Lindholmens Castle which was used in the construction of a new brickoven. Also Trelleborgs Church was repaired with brick from here. In 1931 found residues of the monastery the walls during excavations. This was restored and put in order, to the little ruinpark that remains to this day.
