You can approach this cache from the beach or the path which runs beside the caravan park fence. Be wary of muggles PLEASE . Find the 'fish' at the end of the fishing line, you may have to get on your knees and dig a little if the tide has been high. Please ensure the ends are on correctly and toss the cache back under the boardwalk.
If you approach from the Northern path you will pass all the friendly Nomads enjoying their lazy days - having BBQ's or happy hour (after the sun goes over the yard-arm of course!) or frolicking on their dedicated beach. This is a very popular traveller's park and often is the first stop for our international visitors with their rented campervans. Maybe this is your first Australian cache - let me know if it is. I live nearby and know many people in this city who bring their vans, tents or trailers to camp here for a few days in the school holidays - just to give everyone a short break without the long drive. Great for kids, plenty of space, activities, grassy areas and bike tracks, and of course just the perfect beach on the doorstep! That's the main reason I brought you here.
A Seascout knows all the sacred beaches and this is one of them so I am sharing it with you all. Be careful of mugglers in summer - otherwise enjoy the peace and the scenery. Stand awhile and admire the view. A great spot to see the local dolphins from up here. Enjoy!
