The Deadman's Cave Traditional Cache

A nice walk from the parking place at the start of the pier.

The Cache is a small plastic box including a logbook, pencil and two items and a FTFC.
Cachen er en liten plastikkboks som inneholder loggbok, blyant og to "ting" samt et FTFC.
Andersjøtten:
The story tells that a man called Anders tried to jump across the cliffs but failed and fell into the black water. He never came to the surface again and people claimed to have seen him as a black dog running around in the area... So be careful...
The water in the cave is said to have no bottom and is endless deep.
The Deadman's Cave:
Not sure where the name comes from, but a story tells that several Dead bodies were found here a long time ago. It can be found behind Andersjøtten towards the open sea.
Andersjøtten:
Historien fortel om ein mann som heitte Anders forsøkte å hoppe over jøtten. Han fall ned i det svarte vatnet og drukna. Han kom aldri til overflata og ingen har sett han sia. Folk hevder at han går igjen som ein svart hund som kan sjåast i området... Så vær forsiktig...
Vatnet i jøtten seiast å være endelaust djupt.
Daudemannsjøtten:
På utsia av Andersjøtten - rett ut mot storehavet. Uvist kvar namnet kjem frå, men ein gong for lenge sia skal det vist ha drive i land fleire lik her...
