Geocache Description:

A large camo covered pill bottle.

A large camo covered pill bottle containing a log book, pencil and assorted swag. Nick placed this one in remembrance of the crew who served on HMCS Sackville, K 181.

Sackville was built for the RCN in 1940, by the Saint John Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, in St. John NB. . She was the second of the Flower-class Corvettes used for convoy escort work during WWII.

HMCS Sackville is the only member of the class to be preserved as a museum ship. She is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia and the last surviving Flower-class Corvette.
