Neutaconkanut Park features the highest point in the City of Providence, and this cache is located near that spot. There's a spectacular view of all of downtown, stretching from the State House all the way to the Armory (where I've got a nice mystery cache). Take a moment to sit down and enjoy the view, but don't forget to find the cache and sign the logbook!
