The Cape Town Convention Centre is set in the heart of the city. As one of the top ten tourist destinations in the world, Cape Town is no ordinary city. So it stands to reason that the CTICC would be no ordinary convention centre. And the fact that, in just nine years, it has become widely regarded as one of the leading convention centres in the southern hemisphere bears testimony to this fact.
The CTICC which has welcomed more than three million delegates and visitors since opening in 2003, sits on Cape Town’s northern foreshore, beneath Table Mountain, and provides flexibility and world-class amenities. Its impressive modern structural design is prominently located alongside the main highway into Cape Town and its convenient location at the gateway to the city provides delegates with easy access to transport terminals and major road networks.
There is a water taxi and canal cruise from the CTICC to the Aquarium in the V& A Waterfront
