Located at the end of the Sajo Farms neighborhood. You can park at the end of the street next to the pool/clubhouse.
The cache is a well hidden black lock snap box and shouldn't be visible, you'll have to use your "geo-senses." Inside is a geocoin, some military coin pogs, write in the rain logbook and pen.
