On Ballinger Canyon Road. You will need a four wheel drive vehicle, if you hike it, make the terrain a 4 because, not only is it steep, you will have to dodge motorcycles and jeeps.
We are not talking Aircraft Carriers here. This caches is midway to the top of the hill and "Ballinger Vista". Should be easy once you are there, you will see it.
