Park at (49° 52.301' N, 119° 36.806' W) at the top of the Shannon Woods subdivision and follow the grey gravel trail up to the reservoir. Past the reservoir a technical hiking trail will lead you up, up, and up.
This time of year (spring run-off) the trail is a little more difficult than usual, due to the creek running across the trail in multiple places. The early blooming wildflowers are starting to come out, and the view is amazing any time of year.
The rock the cache is hidden by looks like a face from just the right angle (and if you squint, and use your imagination). :)
The cache is a noname lock n' lock container.
