At the very end of Lower River Road, past where the road breaks off. Look out for sticker bushes, and know it takes a bit of time and a hike to find it.
When you get to the end of the road, start hiking in the grass by the wild life refuge. If you reach the tower in the refuge you're in the right area.
Small glass jar, log book and a burrow owl for first finder! Good luck!
