Geocache Description:


This Cottage is a testament to the pioneering spirit of Mrs Nancy Stokes, Bruce, an 11 year old boy and Jimmy, an old half-draught horse.
While here you should read the story of their struggle to build this house.



While we were living on this Caravan Park when we first arrived in Wedderburn, this Cottage was little more than a derelict shack. It is mostly due to the efforts of the current Park Managers that this Cottage presents the pretty picture that we see today.
The Park Managers are aware of the cache's hiding spot and will probably help if asked nicely.
At GZ you will find a small-ish container with log, pen and swaps.

The park owners have asked us to encourage you to bring old shoes and 78 records to add to the "Elvis Tree" and the "Shoe Tree"
