If you want to you can go to the local park where there is exersise equipment, if you want to do some exersise!
The cache is located near the end of springate road.
Not a particlarly tough cash to find!, beware of cars though, as you might give it away! but there generally isn't much traffic and stuff around, look for the sign (road referenced above) and then go from there! The container is hidden in a fairly unusal way, but is not too hard to find. be warned: muggles keep a close eye on you here! Due to the awkwardness of past logs and the bramble that is now defending the cache the difficulty rating has doubled
