La chiesa Madonna della Salute si trova nella borgata di Spinè, vicino alla rive del Monticano, all'incrocio con via Gorgazzo. Piccola, ma comunque molto carina viene aperta raramente e ogni anno si tiene a novembre una festa di quartiere presso questa chiesetta che un tempo serviva a scandire il passaggio delle stagioni.
La cache è di dimensioni micro e contiene al suo interno il logbook e una sorpresina oltre ad un numero che vi servirà per raggiungere la cache bonus Monticano's trip bonus.
