The Eastwood Park Bridge cache is only large enough to hold the log, so bring your own writing stick.
The Eastwood Park Historic District, a 12 block area, in an oxbow of the Mouse River, was subdivided and platted into the city of Minot by K. E. and Belle Leighton in August 1906. The neighborhood’s proximity to the downtown business district made it appealing to Minot’s prominent families
The Eastwood Park Bridge was built in 1927 and refurbished in 1977. It stands as the only remaining "False Arch" bridge in North Dakota. The 2010 flood and local vandals have not been kind to the bridge, but local photographers still use it for shooting senior pictures.
