Geocache Description:


This is another cache in a series that will (hopefully) take cachers to some of the more scenic/interesting parts of the city. All the locations are easily acessible on foot, though parking may be difficult on busy days.

This cache is hidden near(ish) to the entrance to the Christopher Place shops. This is the centre of the historic city centre. The information board at GZ gives plenty of information on the area, including St Albans' shameful vote rigging past.

Both the Clock Tower and the Abbey are within a few minutes walk of GZ. Why not take a look if you have the time?

On market days (Weds and Sat), this will be teeming with members of the public (Norms). Stealth may be required to retrieve the cache unnoticed. Cache is a small magnetic black box. Due to container size please bring your own writing implement. You may be able to hide small/flat items in the cache.
