IMPORTANT: Geocachers are going to be sharing the trails with ATV's so please give the riders the right away and be careful. The cache is available year round but the gate to the park is closed from November to April. You can still acccess the cache at this time by parking by the wooden fence at the entrance gate. It will require a longer walk.
PLEASE NOTE: There are a limited number of coins for each year of the CCGT Geotrial. When the coins for each year are gone, that trail will be archived. It is my intention to keep most of the caches I originally hid for the geotrail for the enjoyment of future cachers. Cessnascott
This cache is part of the Clearfield County 2012 Geotrail. It features parks and places of recreational activity. Clearfield County is blessed with many opportunities to enjoy yourself in your “off” time. The county is part of the Pennsylvania Wilds, home to millions of acres of unspoiled forests and mountains for hiking, fishing, biking or just watching the wildlife. In addition to hiking and biking Clearfield County features camping, hunting, golfing and the lists goes on. Each cache contains a unique self inking stamp to use in your CCGT passport book. Once you obtain and stamp your passport with 25 finds your passport can be validated for our commemorative coin. Please be respectful of property owners and only cache from dawn to dusk.
