Borrowby Lane in Style Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

The Cachekeepers: This was a tube stuck in a brick, underneath a stile.

No matter what we tried, the lid always went missing. We painted that lid all sorts of colours, to stop it from leaping into the grass and disappearing. In the end, I'm afraid that we stopped replacing it as often and hoped that the waterproof log would remain usable without it.

I really wish we could have found a supply of lids, without the tubes. We have a box full of useless, lidless tubes. I think most C.O.s who use these screw-top tubes do.

Geocache Description:

This cache is going to be archived on Monday 10th August

We are archiving all of our 100+ Yorkshire caches.
We'd love you to come and find any caches you can before that date.

Although we encourage you to take as much swag as possible before the caches disappear, please do NOT take the cache itself. Cachers are still trying to find our caches and, once we archive them, we're hoping to bring them in ourselves.

A Cache and Dash placed along Moor Lane.
This is an unremarkable cache location really, but there are some lovely views if you climb over the stile. Be careful, because it can be a bit slippery.

This cache is part of a series of cache and dashes on the Roxby Round

Congratulations benjaminrufus and Kazben on your joint FTF.
