This cache is hidden along a concrete walking path above the Redondo Beach strand. There's metered parking along Esplanade and by Veteran's Park, and free parking begins a block inland away from the strand.
This cache is hidden by some beachfront property with a nice view, like the many others along the concrete path. You should be able to see it during the day, but at night you'll need a flashlight. Once you spot the cache, you will need to use a ferrous TOTT to extract the cache. After signing the log, be sure to tighten the lid and replace the cache in the correct orientation. Watch out for walking and jogging muggles, though inhabitants of the nearby building have been friendly so far, and may even help you find the cache!
