Geocache Description:

A Wherigio cache that takes the player on a tour of the old zoo area at Allegany State Park. This is a direct replacement of GC1R1XP "Wherigo ASP Old Zoo Tour, using the same cartridge.

A beginner level Wherigo geocache that takes the player on a tour of the old zoo at Allegany State Park and the surrounding area. The cartridge should take less than 1 hour to play, and all points are in very easy walking distance. The Cache is NOT handicapped accessible.

The cartridge has been tested on the Garmin Colorado and Pocket PC platforms, and should play well on the Garmin Oregon and Nuvi 500. To log the cac he, please upload your saved cartridge to the cartridge page at www.wherigo.com. The cache page can be reached by clicking on the "users web page" link at the top of this page. Your saved cartridge will be in the "Save". folder in the Wherigo folder on Garmin units It will have a ".gws" extension. If you were playing in a group, please email me the code word from the logbook or cache lid as well as the name of the cacher that had the wherigo player.

NOTE Garmin users should make sure that they have at least software version 2.7 installed, and that any added maps have been installed to the SD card, NOT the GPS unit's built in memory for optimal playing.
