Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Clark County Wetlands Park, a 2,900-acre nature viewing area that borders both sides of the Las Vegas Wash. Visitors can explore the area, which is home to numerous birds, such as the Gambel's quail, and small animals, like the round-tailed ground squirrel. The park is free and open from dawn until dusk each day, and is the perfect place for an easy geocaching trip. Stop into the information center for a map and guides on some of the critters you may encounter.

The cache is a red cylindrical container right off of the West Middle Pond boardwalk, only a few steps from the pavement (don't wander off the trail; you could easily disturb the wildlife). You'll need to step over the small stream to reach it. It contains a logbook, pencil, and a few small toys.

Please put the cache back as you found it, watch out for muggles, and enjoy the Wetlands park!
