Geocache Description:

Should be an easy park and grab. Very much a back road, though it is a convenient short cut for locals. Parking is available on both sides of the road.

Beacon Coal Mine Road, followed by the Monster Road hillock is a nice shortcut off the freeway to our South County home. It is also a small scrap of local coal mining history.
