This cache is not at the posted coordinates. Going there will not help you fine the cache container. You must solve the field puzzle to get the coordinates of the cache.
This is a series of three puzzle caches and a final cache which can only be found after finding the three field puzzle caches in the series. Each cache in the series will require you to go to a location where there is a mural painted on a wall in the downtown Banning area. Once there you will need to assemble some information and complete the math calculations to get the coordinates for the cache represented. After calculating the correct coordinates you will need to find the container and sign the log. Inside each of the three containers there will be a part of the coordinates for the “Art Hop Final” cache location. A mode of transportation other than you feet will be required to complete all three caches and the final but you can walk to each of the murals while parked in one location if you like. To limit the mileage driven I recommend you work all three caches, Art Hop #1, #2, and #3 at the same time and then drive to the calculated locations of each. Although this is not required or necessary and it may make keeping all the information sorted correctly much harder.

Over the years this mural has faded from sun exposure. You will need to look carefully but all the creatures are still visible.
Now the math:
North calculation: Start with the number from Art #2 above; subtract 7, divide by 3, subtract 610 then add your answer to the posted North coordinates. The answer is the cache North coordinate.
West Calculation: Start with the number from Art #3 above; multiply it by 149, subtract 273 then add your answer to the posted West coordinates. The answer is the cache West coordinate. You can check your math here:
