# Craps

## ** Not at posted coordinates **

Craps is a game where players wager on the outcome of the roll of a pair of dice.

To start a round of craps, the shooter rolls a pair of dice to set the point. A roll totaling 7 or 11 is a natural win. A roll totaling 4,5,6,8,9 or 10 allows them to roll again. A roll totaling 2,3 or 12 means they lose. To establish the point, you add the number of pips face up on each die rolled.

For example:

 & = 9 & = 5 & = 8 & = 6 & = 9 & = 4 & = 7

If the shooter doesn't 'crap out' on their first roll, then get to keep rolling again until they roll their point again. The shooter then rolls until they either get their point number again and win, or roll a 7 and lose.

For example, if the point was 6:

 & = 9 'no-pass' & = 3 'no-pass' & = 2 'no-pass' & = 10 'no-pass' & = 10 'no-pass' & = 7 'no-pass' & = 6 'pass'

There are 36 possible combinations in craps (30 unique) each with it's own name

Of the 36 possible combinations:

• 1 add up to 12
• 2 add up to 11
• 3 add up to 10
• 4 add up to 9
• 5 add up to 8
• 6 add up to 7
• 5 add up to 6
• 4 add up to 5
• 3 add up to 4
• 2 add up to 3
• 1 add up to 2
