This cache is located - with permission - in a coalition forces base.
Cache is accessible to everyone granted the proper ID requirements to access the base. It has an overall terrain rating of 5 as it is in the middle of a war zone.
When working here in Afghanistan consider the advice from Lawrence of Arabia (1935):

The coordinate is intentionally misplaced out of the Base. To find the correct coordinate you must locate the Danish Camp Anders Lassen. On the most eastern side of the green fence count the number of gates. This number is X.
Secondly you must count the number of fence poles on the same side. This number is Y.
Use this formula to get the grid:
N31º36.A E064º22.B
A = Y + (X * 100)
B = Y + 23 + (X * 100)
Beware Muggles will be watching... even flying overhead...
