A very easy P&G. Small film type container with only a log. BYOP
Parking is on the side of the road just beyond the cache. Take a moment to walk a little past the cache and enjoy the view of a nice stream- after all, enjoying nature is half of what geocaching is all about. There are houses nearby so it's best not to cache at night. Should be winter friendly and wheelchair accessible.
