Geocache Description:

This is an easy and fun 3 part Multi Cache
Cache is Not at the Posted coords, WP1 is at the UCI Observatory

The Observatory at the University of California, Irvine, is located in the fields on the western side of the campus. The observatory has a large computer-controlled telescope and numerous other smaller, portable, telescopes. Currently the observatory is used in the introductory astronomy series taught by the Department of Physics & Astronomy. In addition, undergraduate physics majors can do experiments with the telescopes in the Physics 139 Observational Astrophysics class and the Physics 121 Advanced Lab class. The Astronomy Club at UCI meets at the observatory nearly every two weeks to explore the night sky using these telescopes. They also host Visitor Nights that are open to the public and tours for interested school groups and scout troops.

Visitor Nights are open to the general public and are free of charge, and no reservations are required. They are fun for the entire family -- children, teens, parents and grandparents, but remember to dress warmly and bring along flashlights. To Find the Cache: (trailhead coords provided below)
At WP1 there is a warning sign with info and a 10 digit number at the bottom, use the following numbers to solve the coords for WP2 below:
2nd digit =A 6th digit + 9th digit =B 8th digit =C 3rd digit =D
WP2 N33 38.AB8 W117 49.CD4


At WP2 look for a cement mounted Survey Marker, it has 3 lines of numbers, use the first 3 digits of the number on the bottom line marked EL to solve for the the Final coords below.
for North minus 130 and for West add 704
Final Coords N33 38.*** W117 49.***


You will be looking for a regular size container with a Log book and some SWAG to trade, and room for TB's and GC's.
