In Skagafjörður, just south of Varmahlíð hamlet in former municipality of Seyluhreppur.
Nice spot, with good view. The area increased in population after splitting up the farm of Reykjarhóll in 1931. North from here are the biggest crossroads in Skagafjörður where the road 75 meets road nr. 1. Just behind this spot the road 752 meats up with road nr. 1.
Warm water and location created this gathering of houses in the slope.
