This geocache is located in the small Shropshire village of Clun. In the moat of Clun Castle, not far from the bowling green.
Quite a steep climb up to where the cache is located. Lovely views from the top of the hill and castle. Placed on the weekend of The Green Man Festival in 2012. Only a short 5 minute walk from the nearest car park to the cache. It is in a small clear container and contains a logbook and pen.
12/10/2013 - Many thanks to Wigglesworth for replacing the cache for me as I was unable to get to the location myself.
27/08/2013 - According to some recent logs, some people have found two caches so both the containers are still there. Just sign the logbook in either cache to claim the find and I will remove one of the containers next time I visit.
