Continuing our series of color-related (or 'Chromatic') caches.
This cache was hidden by and is named after Scarlet Drake, brother to Cobalt & Lavender Drake. This is the rebirth of the original Scarlet cache, which was muggled.
This cache is a very small scarlet-colored container. Log only!
The original Scarlet cache was our most difficult-to-find cache when it was hidden. This one may be harder, depending on your perspective! (Scarlet Drake wouldn't have it any other way!)
The cache is hidden in the parking lot of a small shopping center in North Phoenix. Some stealth is required because the cache is located near the back of the center, where employees have been seen hanging out.
Note that the hint is very revealing! The second sentence is a dead giveaway, so you might want to decrypt only the first half unless you have real trouble.
