Geocache Description:

This area was originally called the Nestucca Spit State Park, but was changed to Bob Straub State Park after one of Oregon's governors. Area is almost 500 acres and a great place to explore & beach comb. Think about CITO on your way back. Cache is a small container wrapped in black tape. Easiest approach is probably along the beach and then cut over to the dunes, but there is also a dune trail.
