A little piece of rail history of another now closed line
The Uranquinty to Kywong railway line was opened in 1928 and closed in 1988. This line was used to move Grain,Goods and passengers from the local communities to the bigger Township of Wagga Wagga. All that is now left of this busy siding is the stage, a weighbridge and some grain storage sheds and silos. FTF Fred6603
