Geocache Description:

EN:An easy one in a not so easy to find deserted monastery.

EN: While visiting the must do nearby paraklis (visit link) you may try to visit the not so famous abandoned monastery "Свето Вознесение Господне" . It is build in 1873 and abandoned around 1970s. What is still standing is the church (in very bad condition) and the base of the bells tower. To get there ,after crossing center of Pocarnenci village , get left at the small bus stop , drive until the end of the asphalt road, continue on the dirt road until the parking waypoint. Leave your car there and go to Head of trail waypoint - from there you can follow quite straight "road" ahead for ~10-15 minutes .
The cache is very easy to find on the northern side of the church , around meter above the ground. If you still have issues - check the spoiler photos. WARNING : Be very careful around the building as there maybe falling stones , roof tiles etc ... If you decide to enter - do so on your own risk. Although we have not encountered any - there is a chance of creepy-crawlies , snakes , ticks etc ...

БГ: Поцърненският манастир "Свето Вознесение Господне"се намира на 1,5 км северно от село Поцърненци, в дъбова гора. Достъпът до него е труден, тъй като старият път е изцяло обрасъл с храсти.
Църквата в Поцърненски манастир е изградена през 1873 и изоставена през 70-те. За да се доберете до там след центъра на Поцърненци по пътя за (visit link) при желязната спирка завийте наляво, все напред докато свърши асфалта и след това още малко по черен път (достъпен за обикновен автомобил) до координатите обозначени като Паркинг. От там съвсем близо е началото на пътеката по която за около 10-15 минути ще достигнете до изоставения манастир. Кеша е на много лесно място от северната страна , на около метър височина. Има и фото спойлер. ВНИМАНИЕ : внимавайте за падащи керемиди , камъни , змии и т.н. Ако решите да влизате в сгрдата - правете го само на собствен риск! Наблизо е и основата на камбанарията. Всичко останало някак си е изчезнало.
