This cache meets the Urban Placement Guidelines
Geocaching, hiking, backpacking and other outdoor activities involve risk to both persons and property. There are many variables including, but not limited to, weather, fitness level, terrain features and outdoor experience, that must be considered prior to seeking a Cache. Be prepared for your journey and be sure to check the current weather and conditions before heading outdoors. Always exercise common sense and caution.
Rules:
1. You can only log this cache as a find if you can actually sign the log (that's why its a difficulty 4)
2. do not try and force the mechanism, you can open it with the lightest of touch and is actually easier if you open it this way, its all about alignment. forcing the mechanism will only result in a cross thread and potentially breaking this cache for other players.
3. do not take the cache home or leave the premises, this would be unfair to other cache seekers (take it back to your car or take it for a drink, but be aware that other cachers may be looking for it whilst your trying to get the cache open and sign the log) if you do decide to head in doors with the cache, leave the empty container at the GZ as a clue to other cachers.
