Cache is located on Trails maintained by Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. It is located on the Boundary East Trail, which is located just outside the Shenandoah National Park Boundary. You will see Red blazed trees to your right almost the entire journey to this cash.....Don't venture in or you will owe them an entry fee($20) :)
Parking is available at the below coordinates.....then start your journey by going around gate and continuing up the dirt road for about 350 ft. or so until you see Boundary East Trail head sign(see way-point below) on your right.
Stay to your right at the Mutton Top Trail Intersection(see way-point below) and continue on Boundary East Trail until you reach Cliff Trail Intersection.....cache is a regular size lock-n-lock not to far from this point!!!!!
Total round trip will come in around 2 miles +/- and it took me and my GeoWife about 1.75 hrs. to make the trek......A Gold $1 dollar cion awaits the FTFer and an awesome hike awaits all others!!!!!!
