Geocache Description:

Near the cache location, you will be able to find the current reigning Wisconsin Champion Weeping Willow Tree. It is located on private property east of the cache. Look north from N 44 8.915 W 88 42.131 (Beware that this is a county highway).

The Wisconsin DNR keeps a list of the largest trees of each species, called "Wisconsin Champion Trees". Criteria for entry is based on a formula that includes circumference, height and crown spread.
