You are looking for a camo'd ammo box. A short to moderate hike on well maintained woodland trails will be required. As always keep your eyes open for wildlife and the usual woodland hazards like ticks and poison ivy.
This is the first geocache placed in the 560 acre Brushy Hill preserve owned by the City of Lexington. The well maintained trail system provides area residents with a peaceful, natural woodland experience close to town.
Park at the gravel pulloff area across from the old springhouse. Maps and loaner hiking sticks are available at the trail kiosk. The trail system will get you very close to the cache.
The original cache contents include a trackable sherlock holmes themed geocoin, Jeep Travel Bug, Czech Republic roadmap, Homer Simpson watch and various other trinkets.
