welcome to Oran Park Town, one of Sydney's newest suburbs. This is a cache for the geokids to have some fun as well. Easy enough to find. Have a go on the nearby flying fox or pat one of the cows nearby! Its a Micro so bring a pen. Take a look at this suburb which will become a premier area for education and learning in the near future.
Oran Park will become the geographical centre of the Camden local government area and its growing population. It will become the cornerstone of all things; educational, business, service and entertainment in the south west of Sydney.The Master Plan has a school strategy as part of a broader education strategy. The Masterplan has placed the schools close to the town centre with the intention of the centre growing into an educational campus town. This fast developing area will also have many more great areas where geocaches will live. Being a student and education based area, hopefully we will see many new geocachers from around here in the future.
I am amazed at how quick this area is coming around. So go and take a look, then maybe visit again in the future when more caching areas become available, and see how much it has changed.
