Geocache Description:

Located along the short riverside walk which run's through the Riverside Estate, a five minute walk from Chesterfield town centre, land which used to belong to Markham Engineering the company famous for the tunnel boring machines used to create the Channel Tunnel.

This is my first Cache and I've enjoyed scouting for a location close to home and then putting the Cache together. You may pass by the Chesterfield Snail to get to this one dependant on your approach N 53° 14.279 W 001° 25.086
The cache consists of a small clip top box, containing log book and a few nice swaps. Parking for this one can be a challenge during the day, please be mindful of local residents if parking up and leaving your car.
As the Cache is close to both the road and water please take care if you have small children with you. This riverside walk has a tarmac path along its length. I nice easy one to locate, watch out for resident muggles and dog walkers ...enjoy.
