This cache is easy to reach from the sidewalk.

Micro container with a sheet of paper and small pencil. Be aware of muggles.
This cache is in a small town and you may be seen. Play it cool and try not to bring any attention to yourself. This will be half the fun. My advice would be to park down the street and stroll up the sidewalk.
This cache is NOT on private property.
This would be a fun night cache also.
