Geocache Description:

Kit Carson Park sits on what is called the San Bernardo Valley on topographic maps.

The caching team of Urban Dwellers logged our first cache find just a few feet from here back in the Summer of 2008. We also used that cache as one of the main finds when we taught a geocaching class later that same summer. Sadly Lua's Cache has been archived despite our replacing the container to keep it alive and numerous attempts to offer adoption. So out with the old and in with the new.

There is a disk golf course overlayed through the public areas of Kit Carson Park. The tee box for Hole 14 is in this area. So do use some caution; people minding their own business, including students from the nearby school, have been hit. Bring something to sign the log.
