Peaceful Woods Traditional Cache
KK2005: Came to check the cache and decided to pick it up. Log book was gone and the place changed a lot since this cache was placed. Thanks for the nice logs!

Before we started caching we didn’t even know that this park existed. The terrain in the park varies a lot: from old growth forest, grassy and muddy trails to swampy areas. There is a pond nearby where we spotted a beaver every evening we visited the park. If you leave your car at the suggested parking area, you will have to bushwhack for a short time before reaching an established trail. Another option is to park on Saddle Brook Ct (respect neighbors) and go to the suggested trailhead which will eliminate your need to bushwhack.
The park is open from sunrise to sunset. No night caching.
The hunting is allowed in the park and we saw a few new tree stands. If you decide to come to the park during hunting season remember to wear orange.
The cache itself is a small Lock-N-Lock container hidden in an obvious spot; no need to go into the swamp. This is our first cache placement and we are looking forward to your comments. The tree cover affects the GPS performance but the coordinates should be pretty good (averaged a couple of times). There is a geocoin for FTF and gold coins to second and third finders.
