Everyone loves summer! Filled with trips to the beach, sunny skies, and lazy days, summer is the time of year when the weather gets its warmest.
What are signs of summer? Temperatures rise. The water levels in ponds, lakes, and rivers drop. Lightning bugs brighten the night sky. Nature’s efforts in the spring to fully bloom prove fruitful as the green leaves of various trees shake and rattle in the cool summer breezes and flowers grace our gardens.Weddings and Anniversaries are taking place as this is the busy month for them. Congratulations to geocachers on there upcoming weddings,to Newly Wed couples,and Happy Anniversary to the geocache couples wed in this month! And the best thing is Geocaching longer due to the wonderful Summer light! So enjoy caching this Summer!

Join a geo-friendly group of local cachers for our weekly meet and greet (and eat and drink and chat!) at No Frills Grill on Little Road just south of I20. The "official" start time is 6:00-8:00 pm but if you want to arrive early, join the crowd! To find us, ask any of the wait staff and they will show you the way. OR you can find the pool tables and then turn east to find the private dining room where we will be eating and greeting and telling tall tales of our recent geocaching experiences.
No door prizes, unless we have something to give away.
No geocaching games, unless we have a game to play.
No contests, unless we have a contest.
They do have free wifi that's a frill that geocachers enjoy!
The place is kid-friendly with games for young and old.
This event is being hosted by Southwest Arlington Geocachers (S.W.A.G.) a group of cachers that meet informally every Wednesday at 6:00 pm, so even if there's not an event, we are probably there. We want to meet you!
