Fun at the Fair Mystery Cache

My first cache but I hope everyone enjoys it. Permission was given for placement at this location. You can park almost right next to it.
You will be looking for an unusual container and when you see it if you know the CO username you will know you are at the right spot.
WARNING: This cache is protected by a very strong anti-muggle spell cast by House Slytherin, so use caution when opening. The container is locked and you will need to know the year of release of the first Harry Potter movie.
The lock is the type that after you set the combo you push then pull to open. Trade items and log with pen. Please be sure a place everything back the way you found it so others may enjoy.
