I can't find any recent responses from BugRanger about maintaining this cache which makes it appear they are either unwilling or unable to maintain this geocache. Geocache Description:

8th in series of caches near Recyling Centers in Northern Colorado.
Magnetic, look low.

Loveland's Recycle Center accepts most recycleable items, including paperboard (cereal boxes), cardboard, newspaper, aluminum, glass & all plastics. Bring along the results of your latest CITO efforts.

At the entrance to the Recycling Center in Loveland. It should be a difficulty of "1.0", however, this is a busy area, so the difficulty is a notch higher for muggle-traffic. Parking nearby. Another cache had been here, but got muggled, so please be as stealthy as you can.
