I've had a number of caches here already, gave the place away to someone else who then moved out of the area and I inherited it again. It went missing so I bowled it, this cache is a bit of a landmark for me, being my 600th one, so I've made a bit of an effort to produce something memorable I hope.
Placed at the Lookout at northern orewa, edge of a cliff, dont need to go over fence. Care is needed when driving into lookout car park, approach from top of hill.
Great views when the suns out and the swell is running, this place is where I learnt to surf nearly 60 years ago when I felt the magic of sliding down a wave for the first time. That feeling is still alive today.
The cache is a magnetic keyholder cunningly disguised as something else. Logbook only, BYOP
