Social gathering and picnic with chance to pick up some difficult caches on the moors either side of M62. Meet at Windy Hill 10.00am for chat and then 10.30 am set out for some local caches. Return to Windy Hill for lunch then over to the other side of M62 for more caching.
If you intend to come caching afterwards, the terrain is quite rough and some paths are indistinct so come equipped walking boots recommended and warm clothing and waterproofs as weather can change quickly on the moors.
