I drive past this place every time we go to Penrith. Many people don't realise that this dairy farm belongs to to Emu Plains Correctional Centre. Thus, the location.
This could be a quick drive by, with safe parking relatively close to the spot. There are no standing signs on both sides of the road now, but if you pick your time, you can literally park and grab, if you are willing to take the risk or park a few hundred metres away around the corner in the side street and walk. Take care to watch for muggles though, as many people walk up this road and it is a very busy one for traffic.
You are looking for a small sistema container with a few small swaps.
Please ensure you replace the camo well as this is a very visible spot.
