Magnetic nano hidden on the path which runs underneath the Windan Bridge.
This bridge, like most, is used frequently by both pedestrians and cyclists so it is best accessed by solo cachers rather than large groups. Since you will possibly only have a small window of time to find the cache, it is hidden on the inside of the lower horizontal bar of the railing.
