An easy drive-by cache near the Cantick Head lighthouse on the Island of Hoy. Take great care as the stones on the beach can be slippery at times. Pease ensure that you replace the cache carefully so it is well jammed in so it does not get blown away during stormy weather.
A fabulous location (see webpage noted in this description) with great walking opportunities but please be careful if you venture out in poor weather and very windy conditions. There are great opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers. In particular, keep an eye out for porpoises and whales, which can be seen in this area.
The cache is a small bottle with log and pencil.
