What has occurred on this day in history? Not much really:
Marilyn Monroe sang her now famous rendition of Happy Birthday to JFK
Dame Nellie Melba was born in 1861 as was Australian pianist David Helfgott in 1947

However it is also the day in 2012 when Anja Mogridge married Martyn Rees. These two are much better known to the caching community as Anja & Setsujoku.

Some milestones for these two:

First holiday together Touring Tassie and beyond trip in 2009, This is notable for the cache Sod Hut (visit link)
because they were always calling each other Sod's. Neither of them can remember why, today

Since then they have done about 2000 caches together.

Bought a house together just over 3 years ago.

Engaged in October 2010 at Coward Springs on the Oodnadatta Track coming back the long way from Goog's Track Event (visit link)

Anja & Martyn shared many personal stories in preparation for this cache page. They both delved into their relationship’s early days & the recounts have been just beautiful & moving.

Suffice to say that these two young people are deeply in love & we all wish them many, many happy years together.
